NOT (blank) ENOUGH is a podcast with candid conversations between our host, Grasie Mercedes and her guests, about how it feels to be not (blank) enough. In today’s society and throughout history, humans have always felt and still feel like they are not enough. Not young enough, not thin enough, not masculine enough, not (blank) enough. This podcast explores this idea, dives deep into the lives of our guests and the root of their insecurities and discusses what good (or bad) has come from this view of themselves. Did they overcome their not enough-ness? Did it ignite their desire to be the best version of themselves? To show people they are enough? Did they prove it to themselves? We’ll find out through meaningful conversations, touching stories and amusing anecdotes from our host, our guests and our ever-changing experts and specialists.
